Job summary

Modern Technology Solutions, Inc. (MTSI) is seeking experienced program managers with a strong background in DoD acquisition and financial management. The role supports the Anti-Tamper Executive Agent (ATEA) Field Program Office (FPO) across planning, budgeting, and execution analyses.

You will lead meetings, develop acquisition documents, and deliver training modules for industry and government participants, ensuring compliance and effective decision support across the program lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of relevant DoD work experience.
• At least 3 years’ experience in a SAP and/or SCI environment within the last five years.
• Possess an MA/MS/ME degree; waiver possible with customer approval.

Responsibilities

• Provide program/project management expertise with a focus on financial management for the ATEA FPO.
• Initiate, plan, execute, monitor, control, and close organizational projects.
• Develop acquisition documents to support government program decisions.
• Identify risks, issues, and solutions for government PMs.
• Organize planning meetings, develop agendas, and document actions and directives.
• Teach Anti-Tamper modules to industry and government participants and assist curriculum updates.
