Job SummaryThe Docusign Administrator II is the frontline owner of day-to-day DocuSign administration for Lennar's Legal and Business teams. This role manages user account provisioning, permissions, and routine envelope support, ensuring fast and reliable access to signing workflows across DocuSign and Salesforce-originated agreements. This is a high-volume, ticket-based role requiring strong attention to detail and consistent, accurate execution against defined procedures.Key ResponsibilitiesUser & Access ManagementCreate, modify, and support DocuSign user accounts, including Sender, Admin, and Help Desk rolesProcess permission changes, name and e-mail updates, and Federated ID resetsAdminister signing group membership, shared account access, and template share accessEnvelope SupportLocate envelopes by sender name or recipient name using DocuSign tools and reportingAccess and review envelopes originating from both Salesforce and DocuSign, including full audit trail and history reviewResolve signing group errors caused by inactive members and reissue affected envelopesProcess envelope ownership transfers between usersCross-Team CollaborationPartner with the DocuSign Dev team to escalate and resolve account and envelope issues requiring configuration changesCoordinate with the Business Helpdesk on login errors and account lockouts outside DocuSign's direct controlRequired Qualifications1–3 years of experience in systems administration, IT support, or business application/help desk supportWorking knowledge of DocuSign or a comparable e-signature platformStrong attention to detail and comfort managing a high volume of ticket-based requestsClear, professional written communication for user-facing supportAbility to follow documented procedures precisely while flagging edge cases appropriatelyPreferred QualificationsExperience supporting DocuSign in a Salesforce-integrated environmentFamiliarity with ServiceNow or a similar ITSM ticketing platformExposure to real estate, legal operations, procurement, or another regulated industryTools & SystemsDocuSign eSignature (Admin Console)SalesforceServiceNow (or equivalent ITSM ticketing tool)Microsoft Teams / OutlookLife at LennarAt Lennar, we are committed to fostering a supportive and enriching environment for our Associates, offering a comprehensive array of benefits designed to enhance their well-being and professional growth.
