Job summary

Pride Global is seeking a Quality Certifications Specialist to manage documentation and compliance for Kosher, Organic, and sustainability certifications, supporting manufacturing sites and coordinating with certification bodies.

The role partners with Product, R&D, Commercial/NAE, Supply Chain, MDM, and Regulatory teams to ensure timely certification delivery, maintains records, and drives audit readiness across the organization.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred in a technical field such as Food Science, Chemistry or Biology.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in quality, technical services, manufacturing, documentation, or related environment.
  • Working knowledge of SAP; experience with Infor Optiva is a plus.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate documentation and records.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and time-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage documentation and compliance activities related to IP certifications (Kosher, Organic, Rainforest Alliance, and partner programs).
  • Support manufacturing sites with IP-related issues and coordinate with certification bodies for timely resolution.
  • Maintain internal records, external certification databases, and audit documentation for compliance and audit readiness.
  • Collaborate with Product Category, R&D, Commercial/NAE, Supply Chain, MDM, and Regulatory/Compliance teams on certification requirements and business initiatives.
  • Support new product and supply chain projects by ensuring certification requirements and documentation are completed accurately and on time.
  • Manage partner formulation documentation from receipt through issuance to manufacturing operations.
  • Maintain formula trackers and quality system records to support execution, inventory, and document control.
  • Represent Quality in partner formula discussions and coordinate documentation requirements across cross-functional teams.
  • Identify documentation gaps or discrepancies and support resolution as needed.

Job description

Location model:

hybrid

Pay Rate Range:

$36–$41/hr., depending on experience

Schedule:

Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM; potential for hybrid work

Duration:

3 months contract opportunity with potential for extension or conversion
