Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a detail-oriented closeout specialist to join our project closeout team. You will review and collect construction data, verify that packages are traceable, accurate, verifiable, and complete (TVC), and pass documentation to data, drafting, and engineering teams for final approvals.

The role supports the closeout process with attention to detail and MS Office proficiency, ensuring accurate, organized records for project closure.

• Documentation experience specific to utilities or construction packages.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Experience with MS Suite.

Responsibilities

• Review and collect construction data on the project closeout team.
• Confirm completion of construction packages and ensure TVC (traceable, verifiable, complete).
• Flag completed documentation to data/drafting/engineering teams for final approvals.

This individual will be a productive resource on the project closeout team. They will be tasked with reviewing and collecting construction data and confirming completion of construction packages including that the packages are traceable, accurate, verifiable, and complete (TVC). Once documentation is complete this team will pass work along to data and drafting teams and engineering teams for final approvals.

Pay Rate: ($25-26)
