Job summary

Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health in Berwyn, PA is seeking a Documentation Manager to maintain and improve center documentation and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations. You will collaborate with the Director to plan audits, develop audits timelines, and implement systems that improve quality and accountability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Human Services, or related field.
• Two years’ experience in the Human Services field, working with adults with intellectual/developmental disabilities, mental health diagnoses, and/or TBI.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and an ability to adhere to established regulations.
• Excellent customer service skills, as well as written and verbal communication skills, organizational skills, and problem-solving skills.
• Must be able to adapt to rapidly changing demands of the position, customer needs, and the organization.
• Must be proficient in Word Processing and Database management.
• Must possess and maintain valid driver's license, and be at least 21 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and improve center documentation for compliance.
• Prioritize, schedule and implement audits across the center with the Director.
• Develop effective and accountable systems to ensure quality documentation.
• Provide coaching and leadership to Program Specialists regarding the ISP process and documentation.
