Job summary

Datrose is seeking a Documentation Engineer in Montgomeryville, PA to create, organize, manage, and maintain accurate documents supporting operations, validation, and knowledge sharing. You will draft submittal packages, O&M manuals, technical guides, validation packages, and system specifications for high-purity water systems, collaborating closely with Engineering and Technical Services teams.

Qualifications

BS in engineering or engineering technology preferred.
Experience in technical writing, validation, or quality assurance preferred.
1–3 years in engineering documentation, preferably in high purity water, pharma, biotech or semicon.
Willingness to travel 10–20% to the Northeast USA.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with engineering to author and support validation packages (IQ/OQ/PQ, SAT/FAT).
Execute written validation documentation at division locations or customer sites; travel as needed (10–20%).
Create Submittal and O&M packages for capital project opportunities with engineering support.
Generate documentation required on a per-job basis with engineering team alignment.
Work with QC testing teams to ensure documentation accuracy, tagging, and drawings prior to shipment.
Respond promptly to team or customer questions with engineering support.
