Job summary

Veolia in Trevose, PA is seeking a Dispatchable Field Service Engineer to provide operations and maintenance on water treatment systems for diverse industries. You’ll work on technologies including RO, ion exchange, UF, and filtration, traveling regionally as needed.

You will troubleshoot, test, monitor performance, train customers, and ensure contract commitments while maintaining safety and quality. This role demands independent work with client teams and hands-on problem solving.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; 2+ years service/maintenance experience.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Willingness to travel within the region as needed.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and controls on water treatment equipment.
• Conduct analytical testing (turbidity, pH, chlorine, etc.) and monitor chemical injection systems.
• Operate, monitor, and optimize system performance.
• Prepare and maintain site paperwork; provide customers with technical summaries of work performed.
• Maintain spare parts inventory and coordinate with customer teams.
• Review customer plant installations and compare against reference drawings.
• Provide informal training to customers on operation and maintenance of their system.
• Ensure contract compliance of volume and quality specifications.
