Job summary

Geneva Capital LLC is a national equipment finance company seeking a detail-oriented Operations professional. The role focuses on processing documentation for credit approvals, maintaining contract accuracy, and coordinating with Sales and Credit teams to ensure policy compliance and timely service.

The candidate will manage data in the system, assist in credit applications, and contribute to process improvements within the Operations Team.

Responsibilities

• Documentation processing and ensuring compliance with credit approval and policies.
• Enter transaction details into the software system and support pricing and tax treatment.
• Coordinate with Sales, Credit, and Operations to ensure timely processing.
• Review and improve contract documents and processes as needed.
• Prepare correspondence and assist in credit applications processing.
