BPCE Equipment Solutions in Jersey City seeks a Senior Documentation Specialist to manage contract lifecycles and funding packages for syndicated lending. You will collaborate with Sales, Credit, and Finance to ensure accuracy, timely funding, and risk mitigation through UCC checks and lien clearances.

The role focuses on process improvement, audits, and compliance in a fast-paced environment. Strong background in secured lending and excellent communication are required.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration preferred; JD or Paralegal a plus.
• At least 10 years of proven experience in secured lending with lease/loan documentation.
• Strong knowledge of UCC filings, Article 9 changes, and amendments.
• Cross-functional collaboration with vendors, remote sales teams, and customers.
• Analytical, detail-oriented with excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Proactive, self-starter capable of fast-paced work and prioritization.

Responsabilités

• Create, review, and follow up on lease, loan, and related agreements to ensure smooth flow of business.
• Prepare funding packages, validate pricing, and ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Review and refine processes; manage UCC searches and lien clearances.
• Interface daily with Sales, Credit, and Finance to meet volume goals and client needs.
• Manage post-funding changes and annual renewals for UCC and Insurance.
• Support audits, compliance projects, and program reviews.
