Bank of America in Chandler, AZ seeks an experienced Documentation Specialist within Global Credit Operations to prepare and review loan documentation and support closings. You will interface with legal counsel, clients, and vendors to ensure accurate, timely filings and funding readiness.

The role emphasizes due diligence, lien perfection, and coordination across internal teams to minimize rework and uphold policy standards.

Competenze

• Minimum 1 year of proven experience with preparing, review, and coordinate documentation for new and existing commercial credit facilities.
• Minimum of 1 year of proven experience managing the end-to-end closing process, including due diligence requirements, documentation execution, funding readiness, and lien perfection activities.
• Proven experience partnering with legal counsel, clients, relationship teams, credit partners, and third-party vendors to facilitate successful and timely closings.
• Conduct and review collateral due diligence activities, including UCC searches, title reviews, insurance verification, and environmental assessments.

• Ensures that loan documentation and lien perfection meet bank policies and procedures and that work products are delivered in an accurately and timely manner
• Reviews documentation, performs due diligence and collateral perfection, and monitors loan documentation for a specific market segment
• Reviews documents for accuracy, timely delivery, and necessary research requirements to ensure documentation reflects the appropriate transactional information and elimination of controllable rework
• Reviews the loan approval and loan documents prepared by counsel to ensure consistency and adherence to requirements
• Designs a robust filing and organizational process to assist in completing primary financial booking and initial loan funding
• Works closely with Client Managers, Credit and Portfolio Officers, Agency Management, internal and external legal counsel, and many internal operational support units to ensure seamless execution of transactions
