Bank of America is seeking a Documentation Administrator II to join the Commercial Credit Fulfillment team. You will handle documentation and closing for complex credit facilities, collaborating with clients, counsel, and partners to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 yrs of Commercial loan documentation review.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneNote).
• Ability to analyze information, identify issues, and drive resolution while ensuring compliance.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and coordinate documentation for new and existing commercial credit facilities.
• Manage end-to-end closing process, including due diligence, execution, funding readiness, and lien perfection.
• Partner with legal counsel, clients, relationship teams, credit partners, and third-party vendors to facilitate closings.
• Conduct collateral due diligence: UCC searches, title reviews, insurance verification, and environmental assessments.
• Ensure data integrity within systems of record and supporting documentation.
• Identify and resolve issues that may impact transaction quality, compliance, or closing timelines.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy while managing multiple transactions and priorities.
• Contribute to process improvements to enhance efficiency, risk management, and client experience.
