Bank of America in Phoenix is seeking a detail-oriented professional to prepare and review loan documentation in accordance with bank policies to facilitate closings with clients. You will coordinate with vendors, legal counsel, relationship teams, and internal partners to ensure accuracy, timely delivery, and smooth funding, while maintaining a robust filing system.

Competenze

• 1+ year experience preparing, review, and coordinate documentation for new and existing commercial credit facilities.
• 1+ year experience managing the end-to-end closing process, including due diligence, documentation execution, funding readiness, and lien perfection activities.
• Proven experience partnering with legal counsel, clients, relationship teams, credit partners, and third-party vendors to facilitate successful closings.
• Conduct and review collateral due diligence activities, including UCC searches, title reviews, insurance verification, and environmental assessments.

• Ensures that loan documentation and lien perfection meet bank policies and procedures and that work products are delivered accurately and timely.
• Reviews documentation, performs due diligence and collateral perfection, and monitors loan documentation for a specific market segment.
• Reviews documents for accuracy, timely delivery, and necessary research requirements to ensure documentation reflects the appropriate transactional information and elimination of controllable rework.
• Reviews the loan approval and loan documents prepared by counsel to ensure consistency and adherence to requirements.
• Designs a robust filing and organizational process to assist in completing primary financial booking and initial loan funding.
• Works closely with Client Managers, Credit and Portfolio Officers, Agency Management, internal and external legal counsel, and many internal operational support units to ensure seamless execution of transactions.
