Job summary

Premier Disability Services in Minneapolis, MN seeks a Document Submission Specialist for our high-volume call center. This entry-level role processes documents, manages client data, and supports the disability application process to ensure smooth submissions.

The position is full-time, hourly at $16 per hour, with bonuses up to $500 per month based on performance. Typical hours are Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM CST, with comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently with strong organization and time management.
• Basic computer knowledge and typing speed of at least 50 WPM.

Responsibilities

• Process all returned retainer paperwork and ensure it meets standards.
• Enter information into Croc and Captorra and assign cases.
• Answer inbound calls and address customer questions.
• Prepare outgoing retainer paperwork to clients.
• Support other Disability Filing Dept. tasks as needed.
• Complete special projects and other duties as assigned.
• Maintain data integrity and document information accurately.
