Qualifications

• Previous scanning or administrative experience preferred.

• Basic computer skills including MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Scan, upload, and organize dealership documents.
• Index and file electronic records.
• Maintain physical and digital document storage.
• Retrieve and distribute documents as requested.
• Assist with processing deal jackets and office paperwork.
• Ensure compliance with retention policies and confidentiality.
• Perform routine quality checks on stored documents.
• Support the Business Office with administrative tasks.
• Keep work area clean, secure, and organized.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
