Job summary

MetaSource, LLC. is seeking a Scan Center Clerk to perform front-line production tasks including document preparation, scanning, and data entry.

The role requires attention to output quality and adherence to client protocols, with training pay of $12.00 per hour rising to $13.00 per hour after performance reviews every 90 days. Shifts are in-office from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, at 1900 Frost Rd, Bristol, PA 19007.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 1–3 months related experience or training.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos; ability to write simple correspondence.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide into all units of measure, using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals; compute rate, ratio, and percent and interpret graphs.
• Ability to follow written, oral, or diagram instructions and apply common sense to carry out tasks.
• Willingness to wear PPE and follow safety directives.

Responsibilities

• Prepare documents for scanning and perform high-volume scanning on internal systems and client platforms.
• Enter information from scanned images and paper documents.
• Review and verify data entered into the system for accuracy.
• Follow established work processes to ensure output quality and process integrity.
• Maintain and train on client protocols and scanning equipment.
