Job summary

MetaSource in Bristol, PA is seeking a Scan Center Clerk for in-office work from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday. Training starts at $12.00 per hour and increases with performance reviews every 90 days up to $13.00/hour.

You will perform front-line production tasks such as document preparation, scanning, and data entry, while ensuring output quality and adhering to client protocols. Background checks apply and safety PPE is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent experience.
• Basic reading/writing and arithmetic skills with ability to interpret data.
• Ability to compute rates, ratios, and percents and interpret simple graphs.
• Ability to follow instructions and work with standardized processes.
• Commitment to safety and proper PPE usage.

Responsibilities

• Prepares documents for scanning and scans high volumes of paper on internal systems and client platforms.
• Enters information from scanned images and paper documents.
• Reviews and verifies data entered into the system to ensure accuracy.
• Follows work processes to ensure optimal output, quality, and downstream process integrity.
• Keeps up on training and changes within client protocols.
• Responsible for meeting output requirements as defined by his/her lead/supervisor, including but not limited to completing a planned schedule or working from a live list of work-in processes.
• Ensures that equipment such as scanners and other processing tools are operating as intended.
