Job summary

MetaSource in Bristol, PA is seeking a Scan Center Clerk to perform front-line production work including document preparation, scanning, and data entry. This in-office role operates Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM, with training pay of $12.00 per hour and potential increases to $13.00 per hour after performance reviews every 90 days.

The position requires lifting up to 50 pounds, attention to accuracy, and adherence to client protocols.

Qualifications

• Reads and understands simple instructions, memos and short correspondence.
• Performs basic math operations including rate, ratio and percent.
• Follows safety and PPE guidelines and reports hazards.

Responsibilities

• Prepares documents for scanning and scans high volumes of paper on internal systems and client platforms
• Enters information from scanned images and paper documents
• Reviews and verifies data entered into the system to ensure accuracy
• Follows work processes to ensure optimal output, quality, and downstream process integrity
• Keeps up on training and changes within client protocols
• Responsible for meeting output requirements as defined by lead/supervisor, including completing a planned schedule or working from a live list of work-in processes
• Ensures that equipment such as scanners and other processing tools are operating as intended
