W3Global in Buffalo, NY is seeking an on-site, full-time leader to manage a small document scanning and digitization team while staying hands-on with production operations. You will oversee daily scanning, indexing, QA, and electronic file delivery, support a team of 5, troubleshoot scanners and capture software, and monitor production metrics to meet deadlines.

The role emphasizes strong Excel skills and proven leadership.

Competenze

• 3+ years of document scanning, imaging, or digitization experience.
• Experience with scanning, indexing, QA, and electronic file delivery.
• Knowledge of document capture software and SFTP file transfers.
• Strong Excel, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Leadership or team lead experience preferred but not required.

• Manage daily document scanning & conversion projects.
