Job summary

Lincare is seeking an Upfront Review Clerk to ensure customer information meets payer requirements for timely reimbursement. The role centers on quality review of documents to support Accounts Receivable and accurate billing initiation.

The Clerk will evaluate received documents, assist customer service weekly to correct issues so billing can begin or continue, review multiple quality reports, and record all account activity in tickler files to keep billing on track.

Upfront Review Clerk

The Upfront Review Clerk is responsible for the quality review of all pertinent customer information for accuracy and completeness in order to meet payer requirements for timely and maximum reimbursement.

• Evaluate all received documents to ensure that appropriate information has been obtained to allow for successful Accounts Receivable
• Maintain Held Sales by assisting customer service representatives weekly in correcting problems so billing may begin or continue
