ServiceLink in Moon Township, PA is seeking a Document Recording Specialist to join our mortgage services team. You will enter orders, verify documents, and coordinate filings with counties, while delivering accurate, timely service to clients.

The role requires attention to detail, the ability to multitask, and solid communication. You’ll work with file tracking systems and billing steps to ensure smooth recording processes and maintain quality standards under tight deadlines.

Qualifications

  • High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • 1–2 years’ experience in an office environment.
  • Experience recording deed preferred.
  • Proven customer service skills.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to multi-task and meet daily production goals with accuracy.

Responsibilities

  • Enter order for recording purposes.
  • Perform quality control checks on unrecorded documents prior to recording.
  • Submit documents to counties, for recording, via e-file systems as well as through direct mail.
  • Utilize UPS for tracking of incoming and outgoing documents.
  • Calculate filing fees to be paid to the county for recording.
  • Able to react to change productively and handle other essential tasks as assigned
  • All other duties as assigned.

In this role, you will...

  • Complete Order Entry for recording documents that are received from clients.
  • Recording title documents in a team environment.
  • Perform quality checks on documents prior to recording.
  • Submit documents to counties for recording, via e-file systems as well as through direct mail.
  • Calculate filing fees to be paid to the county for recording.
