Qualifications

• Previous experience in a document processing production environment.
• Operator experience with knowledge about scanning and keying in data.
• Highly detailed oriented – must be process driven and quality focused.
• Good computer skills - able to train to use specific scanning and reconciliation software.
• Basic problem-solving skills with an ability to communicate in English.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate clearly to ensure accuracy and understanding of all written job ticket information and job codes.
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 30 lbs. with good stamina to stand, walk and sit for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Processing documents for scanning, batching, and data entry duties.
• Maintain high quality standards and report findings to Lead or Supervisor.
• Perform end to end document processing for daily payroll checks.
• Demonstrate focus and attention to detail to minimize rework.
• Safely operate mailing center automated equipment and escalate problems as needed.
• Adhere to all policies, dress code, client requirements and compliance guidelines.
• Communicate clearly about observed issues in a timely manner.
