Adecco Staffing is hiring Document Specialists for an office-based opportunity in Canton, MA. This is a temporary assignment expected to last approximately 11–12 months.

This is not a warehouse position. The role focuses on reviewing, sorting and processing documents while following detailed procedures. Extensive training is provided and may take several months, so the ability to learn and retain detailed processes is important.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Open, review and sort documents according to established procedures.
• Process different types of documents while following detailed rules.
• Support incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
• Track packages and coordinate courier services.
• Assist with mailroom and document-processing activities.
• Use Microsoft Word, Excel and Access.
• Complete document processing accurately and efficiently.
• Move supplies and boxes as needed.
• Push carts and lift boxes weighing approximately 30–40 lbs.
• Work both seated and standing throughout the day.
• Maintain a professional, organized and accurate work environment.
