Job summary

RBC is seeking an Operations Associate II in Minneapolis to ensure accuracy and compliance of essential documents. You will review materials, align with system data, and uphold policies while supporting a detail-oriented culture.

The role involves processing via Salesforce and AOS Docupace, delivering high-quality customer service, and contributing to daily reporting within the Document Processing team.

Qualifications

• Requires 4-year degree or equivalent or 3 years of related experience.
• Proven ability to learn new technology and handle escalated issues.
• Strong multitasking in fast-paced environment with confidentiality.
• Excellent verbal and written communication across all staff levels.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Access.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to clients via email and phone.
• Process requests using Salesforce, Workflow and AOS Docupace.
• Complete daily reports supporting Document Processing.
• Review and validate documents for completeness, accuracy and compliance.
• Compare submitted materials against system records for consistency.
• Identify discrepancies and support resolution efforts.
• Adhere to policies while maintaining confidentiality and data security.
