U.S. Bank is seeking a dependable Document Review Associate to perform routine clerical tasks, research issues, and report exceptions for Corporate Trust clients to ensure accuracy, quality control, and compliance with custodial agreements.

The role involves reviewing loan and collateral documents, handling file processing, and collaborating with internal and external clients to identify sources of problems and correct errors, while maintaining production goals and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1–3 years of related experience
• Ability to lift 20–30 lbs and perform sit/stand, bend, squat, and climb ladders up to 10 ft

Responsibilities

• Reviews loan (or collateral) documents, handles file processing and works with external/internal clients to determine the source of problems and correct errors
• Responsible for researching various issues and reporting exceptions for Corporate Trust clients to ensure client satisfaction, quality control, and compliance with custodial agreements
