Job Title: Document Preparation Clerk/Driver

NTS is hiring a Document Preparation Clerk/Driver in Richmond, VA, to assist with daily operations within a Digital Imaging Center, focusing on digital imaging and transportation duties.

Responsibilities:

1. Document Preparation:
   • Carefully remove staples, paperclips, and other fasteners from documents.
   • Sort and organize documents by type, date, or client specifications.
   • Ensure documents are clean, flat, and ready for high-speed scanning.
2. Transportation:
   • Drive a 24ft - 26ft truck.
   • Load and deliver boxes.
   • Travel between Richmond, VA, Fairfax, VA, and Virginia Beach, VA.
3. Essential Functions:
   • Prepare customer documents for digital imaging.
   • Check physical documents for quality issues that could affect scanning.
   • Prepare various document types and conditions for scanning.
   • Index scanned images according to customer-specified naming mechanisms.
4. Physical Demands:
   • Moving, lifting, and loading boxes.
   • Loading paper into machines.
   • Handling different document types requiring finger dexterity and movement between machines.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Valid driver’s license; CDL preferred but not required.
• Maintain a safe driving record and obey traffic laws.
• Pass a stringent background check.

Compensation and Benefits:

Pay rate: $19.00 - $20.00/hr plus benefits.
