Job Summary

Responsible for lot preparation, shipping, receiving, inspecting, and recording all outgoing finished products to ensure they match purchase and sales orders. Support production by providing necessary materials at appropriate times, staging finished goods in the warehouse rack system, and managing raw materials.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Collaborate with customer service for outgoing orders.
• Inspect outgoing trucks and load products according to purchase orders.
• Review shipments and obtain driver signatures after verifying load accuracy (quantity, quality, etc.).
• Inspect contents for damage.
• Label finished products and assign storage locations.
• Maintain a safe and clean warehouse environment.
• Follow safety regulations, including forklift operation.
• Perform daily inspections to keep equipment in safe working condition.
• Assist with inventory management.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1-2 years forklift operation experience.
• At least 2 years of warehouse receiving/shipping experience.
• Experience operating stand-up forklifts in high drive-in racking systems.
• Some computer data entry knowledge.
• Food manufacturing experience is a plus.
