Job summary

stbancorp is seeking a seasoned Document Management supervisor to ensure efficient processing and accurate department operations. You will oversee daily activities, support the manager, and drive adherence to procedures while promoting strong customer service and teamwork.

The role requires 5–10 years of business experience with 2–5 years in core banking systems, plus supervisory exposure. Strong communication and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Five to ten years general business experience with two to five years specialized experience in core banking systems, internet banking, supervisory experience preferred, including required STELLAR completion.
• Two-year degree or specialized training preferred for advancement.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first line HR administrator to support the Research Exceptions Manager.
• Conduct employee performance reviews and interviews.
• Support staff development, succession planning, and personnel issues.
• Assist with interviewing and hiring decisions.
• Develop and maintain departmental procedures and manuals.
• Train new Document Management staff.
• Assist with annual performance evaluations and goal setting.
• Oversee reconciliations and general ledger tasks for the department.
• Maintain documentation using Word, Access, and Excel.
