Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred.
• Minimum 1–2 years supervisory or management experience.
• Experience in hospital or physician business office functions preferred.
• Experience in data entry, call center operations, or fast-paced service environments essential.
• Background in training and education preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and mentor the team to ensure quality support.
• Manage workflows and handle escalated customer issues with timely resolutions.
• Monitor performance metrics and provide coaching and training on systems.
• Drive team productivity to meet customer satisfaction goals.
• Schedule staffing and delegate tasks to ensure consistent service delivery.
• Serve as the point of contact for complex complaints and issues.
• Identify bottlenecks and develop processes to improve imaging quality and efficiency.
• Collaborate with leadership to guide and motivate team members.
