This positionis responsible for scanning, indexing, processing, and verifyingdocuments within the University’s document imaging system to ensurerecords are accurate, complete, accessible, and properly associatedwith the appropriate student or business record.
The Document Imaging Specialist will work with universitydepartments to process and route documents, research studentrecords, address document-related inquiries, and supporttime-sensitive enrollment activities.
The role requires strongattention to detail, accuracy, organization, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
The position operates scanning equipment and imaging software,including optical character recognition (OCR) technology, and workscollaboratively with team members and University departments tomaintain efficient document processing workflows and high-qualityservice.
This position allows for remote work; however, on-site work inDaytona Beach, Florida, is required for approximately one weekevery 6-7 weeks . The frequency and timing of on-site coveragemay be adjusted based on departmental operational needs.
