Job Description

Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Document Imaging Specialist to support daily document imaging and electronic records operations. This position is responsible for scanning, indexing, processing, and verifying documents within the University's document imaging system to ensure records are accurate, complete, accessible, and properly associated with the appropriate student or business record.

The Document Imaging Specialist will work with university departments to process and route documents, research student records, address document-related inquiries, and support time-sensitive enrollment activities. The role requires strong attention to detail, accuracy, organization, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

The position operates scanning equipment and imaging software, including optical character recognition (OCR) technology, and works collaboratively with team members and University departments to maintain efficient document processing workflows and high-quality service.

This position allows for remote work; however, on-site work in Daytona Beach, Florida, is required for approximately one week every 6-7 weeks. The frequency and timing of on-site coverage may be adjusted based on departmental operational needs.
