The Document Controller is responsible for managing and organizing all engineering and construction-related documentation for a large-scale infrastructure project operating within the project's Common Data Environment and coordinating with contractor and vendor document control teams. Works closely with the project team to ensure that document management processes, numbering conventions, and metadata standards are followed by project members. Implement policies and procedures with direction from the Manager of Document Management and the Project Management Office. The Document Controller will maintain the Electronic Document Management System (EDMS) and ensure that project documents are up-to-date, properly classified and labeled, and accurately tracked from issue to closeout.
The estimated starting salary range for this role is $121,000 - $143,000 annually less applicable withholdings and deductions, paid on a bi-weekly basis. The actual salary offered may vary based on relevant factors as determined in the Company's discretion, which may include experience, qualifications, tenure, skill set, availability of qualified candidates, geographic location, certifications held, and other criteria deemed pertinent to the particular role.
