Job summary

PBS Biotech in Camarillo, CA seeks a part-time Document Control and Training Associate to support our Quality team. This contractor role offers up to 20 hours per week with flexible scheduling, focusing on managing documents and coordinating staff training within the QMS.

Ideal candidate will have at least one year of quality-control experience, proficiency with MS Office, and familiarity with QMS/eQMS systems, with strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience within a role that requires a high degree of quality control, ideally GMP quality system, medical device (QSR/ISO13485), aerospace (AS 9100), ISO 9001, or other similar systems or equivalent education. e.g., Bachelor’s Degree

Responsibilities

• Maintain quality system records and document control processes.
• Coordinate periodic document reviews and training requirements.
• Support ERP, QMS, and eQMS documentation and audits.
• Assist in training program administration and LMS/EDMS management.
• Prepare for inspections and participate in internal/external audits.
