PBS Biotech is seeking a part-time Document Control and Training Associate contractor to support our Quality team at our Camarillo facility. This temporary contractor position offers a flexible schedule of up to 20 hours per week, making it an excellent opportunity for a college student, an individual re-entering the workforce, or an experienced professional seeking meaningful part-time work. In this role, you will support the accurate and efficient management of both paper and electronic documents retained within Document Control for PBS’s Quality Management System (QMS), including supporting the Periodic Review program for impacted documents. Additionally, this position will support the timely execution and management of training tasks for all PBS staff, along with the required documentation as proof of training.

As our Document Control and Training Associate, you will support document control activities by maintaining quality system records, facilitating periodic document reviews, coordinating employee training requirements, and ensuring accurate documentation of completed training across PBS.

The anticipated salary range for this position is $19.82 - $25.52 an hour. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, skills, internal equity, and business needs.
This position is based at our headquarters in Camarillo, California, located in Ventura County between the greater Los Angeles and Santa Barbara areas. This role is expected to work primarily on-site due to some tasks or evaluation performed in a production or lab-like environment.
The role may occasionally be required to perform some tasks in the following environments: cleanroom, near moving mechanical parts, fumes, machine lubricants, airborne particles, vibration, and risk of electrical shock, high noise while in the manufacturing plant; Personal protective equipment (vision and hearing) used in plant.
