Job summary

Dexcom seeks a Document Control and Training Specialist to support life-changing CGM technology. You’ll manage the change control system, assist with Cloud PLM training, and ensure timely, accurate document handling across departments, contributing to product quality and patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of related experience and a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Familiarity with ISO 13485 and 21 CFR Part 820 standards.
• Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the change control system (Cloud PLM) including reviewing, routing, assessing training impact, and releasing change orders.
• Assist with Cloud PLM software training and support other training activities as needed.
• Ensure projects are completed accurately and within established timelines.
• Collaborate effectively with internal and external customers to support business needs.
• Assist customers by providing timely problem-solving and issue resolution.
• Support Quality during both internal and external audits.
• Scan, archive, retrieve, and maintain quality documents and records.
• Issue and manage controlled and uncontrolled documentation.
• Maintain service records across multiple departments.
• Prepare document reproduction requests and ensure proper distribution.
• Maintain external standards in accordance with established standard operating procedures.
• Generate Quality Assurance reports as needed.
• Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.
