Job summary

Puffco is seeking a part-time Document Control support at our Los Angeles headquarters. You will manage change control, BOMs and revision tracking, coordinating with project managers and operations to keep documentation accurate and up-to-date.

Experience with Arena/ECO/ECR and NPD processes is valued. Flexible hours and a detail-oriented, organized professional will thrive in our fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or relevant work experience.
• Experience working with third party manufacturers in Asia.
• Consumer electronics experience is highly desired.
• Experience in high-volume, high product-mix manufacturing environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Facilitator of the total change control process in Arena, ECO/ECR Experience
• Familiar with New Product Development (NPD), Manufacturing and Supply Chain, New product introduction (NPI), Quality and Compliance
• BOM Management, Change and revision control, ramp to production, Item and document management
• Ensure all documentation from the Development team is accurate, clear, concise, and is revision controlled
• Coordinate with the project managers, and the Operations Team
• Provide administrative assistance to the project team
• Mechanical Drawing knowledge

Some things you will be responsible for:

Some qualifications and skills we need you to have:

• Good organization, communication and follow-up skills.

• Hours can be flexible to accommodate CMs in other countries
• This part-time contract role is based out of our Los Angeles HQ.

The compensation range for this role is $35-40+/hr for candidates based in Los Angeles, CA. Individual compensation is determined based on experience and skillset.
