Renew Cannabis Co. is seeking an ambitious individual for a part-time role in document control, based in Los Angeles, CA. The position requires attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Responsibilities include facilitating the change control process and coordinating with project teams.

Ideal candidates will have an Associate's degree or relevant experience, with a passion for consumer electronics. Compensation ranges from $35-40+/hr based on experience, along with a friendly work environment offering snacks and lunches.

Qualifications

• Consumer electronics experience is highly desired.
• Experience in high-volume manufacturing is a plus.
• Flexible and reliable with good organizational skills.

• Ensure accuracy of documents from the Development team.
• Coordinate with project managers and Operations Team.
• Provide administrative assistance to the project team.

Responsibilities:

• Facilitator of the total change control process in Arena, ECO/ECR Experience
• Familiar with New Product Development (NPD), Manufacturing and Supply Chain, New product introduction (NPI), Quality and Compliance
• BOM Management, Change and revision control, ramp to production, Item and document management
• Ensure all documentation from the Development team is accurate, clear, concise, and is revision controlled
• Coordinate with the project managers, and the Operations Team
• Provide administrative assistance to the project team
• Mechanical Drawing knowledge

Qualifications:

• Associate’s degree or relevant work experience.
• Experience working with third party manufacturers in Asia
• Consumer electronics experience is highly desired.
• Experience in high-volume, high product-mix manufacturing environment is a plus.
• Sense of urgency & attention to detail.
• Good organization, communication and follow-up skills.
• Data entry.
• Experience in using MS Office applications.
• Flexible and reliable.
• Think outside the box, not always black and white, be flexible, get your point across to a greater audience.
• Hours can be flexible to accommodate CMs in other countries

This part‑time contract role is based out of our Los Angeles HQ.

Compensation: $35-40+/hr for candidates based in Los Angeles, CA. Individual compensation is determined based on experience and skillset.
