The role supports document release, revision control, distribution, archival, and audit readiness, working with Quality, Engineering, Manufacturing, Training, and Operations. Level progression from T2 to T3 involves increasing responsibility, from supervision to independent coordination and technical

Qualifications

• Maintains document master list, identifiers, revision status, effective dates, and approved distribution.
• Processes controlled procedures, work instructions, forms, specifications, and records using approved workflows.
• Removes obsolete revisions, archives superseded documents, and supports retention and retrieval.
• Verifies completeness, approval evidence, and traceability before release.
• Coordinates changes with owners and departments; prevents use of drafts or obsolete content.
• Supports ISO 9001 documentation and customer/internal requirements.

Responsibilities

• Retrieve controlled documents and evidence for audits and certification.
• Communicate released revisions to Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and Training.
• Identify discrepancies, overdue approvals, and opportunities for process improvement.
