Qualifications

  • Experience supporting projects involving enterprise document management systems.

  • Coordinate internal communications, meeting preparation and stakeholder alignment.
  • Organize and maintain SharePoint sites, document repositories, and templates.
  • Maintain dashboards, track KPIs, and report progress to leadership with data-driven updates.
  • Develop Visio process maps, SOPs, and desk manuals to improve workflow clarity.
  • Support audit readiness, maintain risk registers, and ensure documentation standards compliance.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Document Control Program Analyst to support our Document Control Unit. In this role, you will act as a central coordination hub, ensuring operational readiness through rigorous documentation management, workflow optimization, and reporting.

What You'll Bring
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Management, Public Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word), SharePoint, and Visio. Experience with Adobe Acrobat, Jira, or Confluence is a plus.
  • Capabilities: Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams.
  • Experience: Previous experience supporting projects involving enterprise document management systems or data solutions.
