Provides customer facing documentation/records, such as, customer certificate requests, product questionnaires, and quality surveys.Main ResponsibilitiesOversees the completion of documents review activitiesProcesses change requests, including approval routings, and document releases as needed.Revises training software with updates as they are released.Coordinates with the corporate document control team to communicate revised documentation to the site.Manages records and documents for storage at off-site facility, stages and controls documents prior to off-site storageAuthorized Deviation and Quality alerts, posted within the facility.Performs additional duties as directed.Education & ExperienceHigh School diploma or general education degree (GED) requiredAssociate’s degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school preferredThree or more years of applicable experience requiredOr any equivalent combination of education and experience to meet the above requirementsKnowledge, Skills & AbilitiesAbility to perform functions in SAP, ETQ, and Microsoft Office Suite including Microsoft VisioGood verbal and written communications skillsManages time and resources effectively through strong organization, multi-tasking, delegation, time management and project management skillsWorks independently as a self-starter committed to delivering the highest in customer service, quality and resultsAnticipates problems and works proactively to solve themIf you feel this opportunity could be the next step in your career, we encourage you to apply.
