Dashiell Corporation in Houston, TX is seeking a Document Control Assistant to provide essential office support. Based in our Houston office, you will log vendor and client documents, reproduce materials, and ship project documentation to clients and project team members.
You will maintain document control systems, post drawings to project webpages and SharePoint, prepare status reports, and coordinate with project teams to ensure accuracy and timely delivery while upholding company procedures.

The Document Control Assistant is responsible for providing support services including, but not limited to, receiving and logging of vendor and client documents, document reproduction activities, and shipping project documentation to clients and project team members. The position will be based in our Houston, Texas office located at 12031 Kurland Dr, Houston, TX 77034 and will report to Dashiell’s Administrative Supervisor.
