Summary of Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

The Document Center Proofreader reviews documents and other electronic material that is prepared by or submitted to the Firm’s Document Center ensuring accuracy, consistency and adherence to prescribed Office and Firm procedures. These responsibilities include word-for-word proofing of legal and financial documents from first draft to finished copy validating defined terms and cross references, grammar, spelling, punctuation, and clarity.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum one (1) year proofreading experience, preferably in a law firm or professional services environment.
