Job summary

Newrez LLC is seeking a Document Administration Operations Analyst to manage data pulls, reporting integration, reconciliations, and analysis. This role supports the Document Administration team to ensure data and reporting processes are delivered timely and efficiently.

You will extract, format, and deliver data requests, perform reporting integration and reconciliations, and maintain knowledge of business processes while clearly communicating findings to senior management and clients.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
  • 2+ years of related experience.
  • SQL & Excel experience required.

Responsibilities

  • Extract, format and deliver internal and external requests for large volumes of data.
  • Reporting Integration and Reconciliation.
  • GSE Collateral Exceptions and Sale Side Letter(s).
  • Non-GSE Collateral Exceptions and Sale Side Letter(s).
  • GSE Pool Certification / Recertifications.
  • Image Collection Reporting and Analysis.
  • Vendor Production Reporting and Analysis.
  • Custodial Reconciliation to Servicing System.
  • Maintain a working knowledge of existing functional business processes and reporting.
  • Clearly articulate and present ideas and findings to a varied audience including senior management and clients.
  • Performs related duties as assigned by management.

Primary Function

The Document Administration Operations Analyst is responsible for managing internal and external data pulls, reporting integration, reconciliations, and analysis. This role will support the Document Administration team to ensure all data and reporting processes are delivered timely and efficiently.

Principal Duties
  • Extract, format and deliver internal and external requests for large volumes of data.
  • Reporting Integration and Reconciliation.
  • GSE Collateral Exceptions and Sale Side Letter(s).
  • Non-GSE Collateral Exceptions and Sale Side Letter(s).
  • GSE Pool Certification / Recertifications.
  • Image Collection Reporting and Analysis.
  • Vendor Production Reporting and Analysis.

Education and Experience Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
  • 2+ years of related experience.
  • SQL & Excel experience required.
Knowledge, Skill, and Ability Requirements
  • Strong business communication skills with an ability to work well in a collaborative environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and an ability to multi-task, respond well to pressure and deadlines, and work well individually and in a collaborative environment.
  • Fast learner – able to assimilate new ideas and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior work experience performing business or data analysis is a plus.
