Xerox is seeking a Docucare Associate to deliver on-site outsourcing and facilities management for end-user customers. You will help maintain service levels, nurture customer relationships, and support multiple accounts within the Broward and Miami-Dade regions.

Qualifications

• Provides excellent customer service and anticipates customer needs.
• Works with minimal supervision while maintaining high attention to detail and organization.
• Proficient with PC basics including Microsoft Office and web browsing.
• Identifies problems in straightforward situations and follows standard procedures.
• Eager to learn technologies around print production and finishing equipment.
• Must be able to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks.
