Job summary

Booz Allen seeks a Doctrine and Task Analyst, Mid, to develop, assess, and maintain joint doctrine and the Universal Joint Task List (UJTL) across the Joint Force's doctrine, education, terminology, and training communities.

This role collaborates with Joint Staff personnel, Combatant Commands, Services, and doctrine communities; supports editing in tools like JDDT; conducts analytical reviews; and ensures doctrine remains accurate and aligned with warfighter needs.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Joint Staff structure and relationships with CCMDs, Services, and DoD agencies.
• Knowledge of Universal Joint Tasks (UJTs) and their relation to joint doctrine.
• Understanding of joint doctrine development processes and terminology usage.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
• TS/SCI clearance is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop, assess, and maintain joint doctrine across doctrine lifecycle.
• Update UJTL content and prepare briefings/readahead materials.
• Support working groups and collaborate with Joint Staff, CCMDs, and services.
• Edit and coordinate using tools like JDDT for terminology and doctrine research.
• Ensure doctrine remains accurate, relevant, and aligned with joint force needs.
