Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton in Suffolk, VA seeks a Mid Doctrine Analyst to develop and maintain joint doctrine publications and related tools for the Joint Force. You will support publication drafts, coordinate with Joint Staff, Combatant Commands, and services, and ensure doctrine accuracy and relevance.

Requires TS/SCI clearance, an Associate degree with 3+ years of military operations experience, or 5+ years in lieu, plus strong analytical and communication skills to translate complex concepts

Qualifications

• Experience in developing and assessing joint and multinational doctrine.
• Experience preparing for and conducting working groups and conferences.
• Knowledge of Joint Staff structure and relationships with Combatant Commands, Services, and federal agencies.
• Knowledge of Universal Joint Tasks (UJTs) and their relation to Joint Doctrine.
• Ability to perform quantitative and qualitative analysis.
• TS/SCI clearance.
• Associate degree with 3+ years in military operations, or 5+ years in lieu.

Responsibilities

• Develop, assess, and maintain joint doctrine publications and tools.
• Conduct analytical reviews and prepare briefings and readahead materials.
• Support working groups and coordinate with Joint Staff personnel, Combatant Commands, and doctrine communities.
• Edit and coordinate in Joint Doctrine Development Tool and sustain key doctrine systems.
• Contribute to terminology and allied doctrine research.
