Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking a Defense Mission Professional to help assess, develop, and maintain joint doctrine publications and the UJTL across the Joint Force’s doctrine, education, terminology, and training communities. You will work with Joint Staff personnel, CCMDs, Services, and doctrine communities to ensure doctrine remains accurate, relevant, and aligned with warfighter needs.

Qualifications

• Must have TS/SCI clearance.
• Associate degree and 3+ years of military operations, or 5+ years of military operations in lieu of a degree.
• Experience conducting doctrinal or operational analysis.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Familiarity with Joint Electronic Library, JDDT, and UJTL tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop, assess, and maintain joint doctrine and UJTL content.
• Prepare briefings and read‑ahead materials; support working groups.
• Collaborate with Joint Staff, CCMDs, Services, and doctrine communities.
• Edit and coordinate in tools like JDDT and related doctrine systems.
