Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton in the United States seeks a senior Doctrine Analyst to support the Joint Staff by conducting doctrine analysis, developing, revising, formatting, and publishing joint doctrine.

You will facilitate working groups, support terminology and UJTL processes, and help ensure timely, policy-aligned doctrinal products that aid warfighters and leadership, while contributing to modernization and interoperability across the Joint Force.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience supporting the assessment, development, or revision of joint or multinational doctrine
• Experience applying joint principles that guide the proper use and development of doctrine
• Experience with Joint Staff structure, mission, programs, and relationships with CCMDs, Services, and DoD agencies
• Experience developing reports, briefs, or publications supporting doctrine, terminology, or Universal Joint Task List ( UJTL ) requirements
• TS/SCI clearance
• Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of experience with warfighting operations, or 7+ years of experience with warfighting operations in lieu of a degree

Responsibilities

• Support the Joint Staff by conducting doctrine analysis, developing, revising, formatting, and publishing joint doctrine
• Support terminology and Universal Joint Task List (UJTL) processes
• Facilitate working groups that sustain Chairman’s programs across doctrine, education, and training
• Ensure accurate, timely, policy-aligned doctrinal products for warfighters and leadership while contributing to modernization and interoperability across the Joint Force
