Job summary

Rodeo Dental & Orthodontics is seeking a team-oriented recruiter to fill doctor openings across FT, PT, and PRN roles. You will work with the doctor recruiting team to manage the full lifecycle, build pipelines, and leverage ATS/CRM with dental candidates through sourcing and referrals.

You will conduct initial phone interviews, coordinate with regional directors, organize interviews, and negotiate compensation with senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s preferred by the employer.
• Must be able to travel to multiple clinics.
• Ability to work as part of a cohesive team.
• Must be willing to commute and work in Fort Worth office.

Responsibilities

• Fill doctor openings within the organization (FT, PT, PRN).
• Partner with doctor recruiting team to manage full lifecycle of recruiting.
• Build ATS/CRM with dental candidates through sourcing and referrals.
• Conduct initial phone interviews and coordinate with regional directors.
• Organize itineraries and attend interviews as needed.
• Negotiate compensation and contract terms with senior leadership.
• Travel to clinics to meet stakeholders.
• Maintain candidate touch points and update systems.
• Create ad postings on job boards.
• Monitor postings and track interested candidates.
• Report to Director of Doctor Recruiting on priorities and goals.
