Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with safe lifting and freight handling.
• Knowledge of loading techniques (tight, cross).
• Ability to read shipping labels and freight forms.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload freight on trailers using forklift or manual methods.
• Transport personnel and freight throughout the service center safely.
• Monitor freight locations using the Yard Management System.
• Read shipping labels and complete freight movement forms as needed.
• Secure freight inside trailers with straps, airbags, and wrap.
• Ensure accurate loading and on-time deliveries.
