Job summary

Spottswood Companies is seeking a Dockside Delivery Attendant in Key West. This role delivers food and beverages to boats and dockside locations, combining fast service with hospitality.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, verifying orders, and maintaining safety and cleanliness while working a friendly, professional team. Physical stamina and excellent communication are essential for success in this fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Age 18 years or older
• Food handler safety and alcohol service certifications required within 30 days of hire
• Experience as a runner/busser or customer service is preferred

Responsibilities

• Deliver food and beverage orders from the restaurant to boats and dockside locations promptly and in excellent condition
• Greet and interact with boat owners and guests courteously, confirming slip/dock numbers and special instructions
• Verify order accuracy, temperature, and completeness before leaving the kitchen and again at delivery
• Navigate the marina safely on foot and/or by motorized mode of transportation while carrying orders
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of delivery equipment, carts, and staging areas
• Assist with general restaurant support duties during slower dockside periods
• Resolve issues promptly and escalate to management when needed
